I want to place and purchase my order online, then drive to Bruttles to pick it up. Can I do this?
Yes, you can! When you place your order online you will come to the shipping options page, simply select from the Store Pick Up' options.
How soon can I pick up my candy after ordering it?
After submitting your order, you will first receive two e-mails from Bruttles.com: one confirming that the order was placed and one confirming that your payment was processed successfully. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from Bruttles that the item is ready for pickup. Please wait until receiving the Bruttles's confirmation e-mail before going to the store.
Do I need to bring anything with me when I pick up my In Store order?
For your protection, only you or someone authorized by you may pick up your merchandise. You, or the authorized person, must bring a copy of the confirmation e-mail you received from Bruttles. Upon arrival at either the Davenport Hotel Candy Shoppe, Valley Candy Shoppe, or CDA Shoppe, you will be asked for the following:
1. A copy of your confirmation e-mail from Bruttles (or your order number)
2. Again for your protection, a Bruttles customer service representative will have you sign for your merchandise.
If I have problems with my order, whom should I contact?
Please contact Bruttles directly if you have any concerns regarding your order. The confirmation e-mail you received from Bruttles will contain contact information. You can also send an email to Bruttles via this website.

A name we came up with; a cross between Peanut Butter and Peanut Brittle!
How old is Aunt Sophia now?
She was 103-1/2 when she passed away in 2001.
Who developed the Bruttle?
Carol Measel did along with Aunt Sophia's help.
Does your family work with you?
Yes, Amy handles part of record keeping and ordering, Jessica my daughter-in-law works helping with packaging and my dad does all our repairs and remodeling. My husband, friends and family have been a constant source of help especially at Christmas time when we produce most of our large orders.
