Do you use machines in your factory?
No, everything is done by hand here! Every Bruttle is individually dipped and wrapped by us, as are the caramels. No dipping or wrapping machines here, just plain ol' hard work. :-)
How old is Aunt Sophia now?
She was 103-1/2 when she passed away in 2001.
Is your candy gluten free?
Everything that we make in our store is gluten free with the exception of our Bruttles' Crunch because it contains pretzels.
What does Bruttles mean?
A name we came up with; a cross between Peanut Butter and Peanut Brittle!
Who developed the Bruttle?
Carol Measel did along with Aunt Sophia's help.
